In order to accommodate our customers wishing to place small orders, we have adopted a flat rate to cover Express Courier Service.

We welcome any size order, with free shipping.

Free Shipping – Shipping is free for all articles. Prices mentioned against each artwork are the final cost to the buyer – There are no hidden costs. Shipping for all orders will be through the Federal Express Corporation. Delivery for shipments will normally take place between 8 to 21 Business days. We ship to all countries having diplomatic relations with India.

Local Taxes – Local taxes may apply depending on the TAX system at delivery location of the particular COUNTRY and that is separate from the cost displayed against each product of Perfect Creations.

Tracking Number – After the dispatch of the shipment through FedEx, the customer shall be communicated a twelve digit Internet tracking number, which can be tracked on the FedEx web site www.fedex.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

Period of Delivery – The normal period for delivery to US destinations is between 8 to 21 business days and for special price products 10-15 business days. However, Perfect Creations does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as delayed customs clearance, flight delays, etc.

Custom Clearance – The consignment will be delivered to the buyer at his/her doorstep by the carrier, after all customs formalities have been completed. The carrier will be responsible for the clearance of the shipment from customs.
